To get the protien you need you must eat energy bars that you can find in the store and energy drinks!. One good drink I think that is good is vitamin water!. Tofu has a lot of protien in it!.Here is a recipe of hot and spicy tofu!.

INGREDIENTS (Nutrition)
3 tablespoons peanut oil
1 pound firm tofu, cubed
1 red onion, sliced
1 red bell pepper, sliced
1 green chile pepper, chopped
3 cloves garlic, crushed
1/3 cup hot water
3 tablespoons white vinegar
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 teaspoon cornstarch
1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes

DIRECTIONS
Heat peanut oil in a wok or large frying pan over medium-high heat!. Toss the tofu into the oil, and cook until browned on all sides!. Once browned, toss in onion, bell pepper, chile pepper, and garlic; cook until just tender, about 5 minutes!.
In a small bowl, whisk together the hot water, vinegar, soy sauce, brown sugar, cornstarch, and red pepper flakes!. Pour over tofu and vegetables, toss to coat, and simmer 3 to 5 minutes, or until sauce thickens slightly!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

Eat a lot of tofu and soy and peanut butter!. Anything with protein!. you will need a lot!.
So here are a few things I have found that are good:
tomato sandwich- toast two pieces of bread and put miracle whip and a little pepper on it then add a few slices of tomato!.
soup- just take a can of soup and throw it in a Thermos and you can warm it up at school
berrapple peanut butter wrap- take a tortilla and put peanut butter on it then apple slices and some blackberries with a little honey drizzled on top and make it into a wrap

snacks:
celery with peanut butter or cream cheese
an apple or banana or whatever
snap peas [mm mm my fave]
frozen peanut butter balls- take a scoop of peanut butter and make it into a ball inside of a small piece of wax paper or serran wrap or whatever and freeze it over night!. they are great for little protein boosts!. I love them!. you can also take something a jab a nice size hole in the middle and drizzle chocolate in before freezing!.
smoothies- blend some tofu, vanilla soy milk, and fruits togetherWww@FoodAQ@Com

I've been veg for over 3 years now and I'm active too!. I get everything I need by planning my meals out by food group!.!.!. for example fruit for breakfast, salad for lunch, and pasta/something soy for dinner, and plenty of snacks throughout the day!. Lightlife makes a great line of veggie dogs, burgers, BBQ, chick'n, etc!. I would highly recommend the cookbooks How To Cook Everything Vegetarian, Veganomicon, Skinny ***** in the Kitch, and The Moosewood Restaurant Cookbook!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

If you're concerned about protein, eat beans and nuts!. also eggs if you are OK with them!.

But don't worry too much!. The media may tell you that you need meat to be strong!. It's all a marketing ploy!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
