Do you know any interesting vegan recipes?!
I want something delicious, that isn't extremely hard to make!. I'm 16 and have been vegan for two years, and now that my family sees how healthy i am they want to join in too!. :)
I'm pretty adventurous in my tastes, but they aren't!. :(
So basically i'm cooking for three overgrown 4-year-olds meaning they're very picky and won't eat anything that looks "icky"!.

Roasted garlic mashed potatoes
6 cloves garlic, unpeeled
1 tablespoon cooking oil
11/2 lb/750 g potatoes
2 tablespoons chopped green onionsor fresh chives
2 oz/60 g margarine or butter
1/2 cup/4 fl oz/125 ml liht cream or milk
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper

I use Morningstar Farms Meal Starters Chik'n Strips for the fake chicken!. Try looking for them at Whole Foods or your local health food store!. Some supermarkets like Kroger and Safeway might carry them!.
