You should eat 300-400 so calories about 5 or 6 times a day (depending on your sex, activity level, and weight) to maintain a feeling of fullness and to keep your metabolism working well!. If each meal is filled with fiber and nutrients and low in fat, you should be able to either maintain or lose weight!. I don't know why you would want to eat under 200 calories!. It won't do anything good for you!. It will just make you weak, hungry and slow your metabolism!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

that's not lunch that's a snack!.

A lunch should be at least 350 to 400 calories!. Starving yourself won't help you lose weight!. You might be developing an eating disorder!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
