What are some good but easy mushroom recipes. no soups. thank you in advance.?!

Me and my uncle used to do this all the time!. Take a 5 quart pot, and put as many mushrooms and black olives you want in it, then add about two tubs of butter!. let it cook on an open fire for about an hour to an hour and a half!. It is very delicious, and my all time favorite!.
also make stuffed mushroom caps!. the ingredients for the stuffing is butter onions and garlic!. feel free to add and subtract whatever you like to the stuffing but that is my favorite recipe!. Stuff the mushrooms and bake them for about 30-45 min on about 400 - 425 degrees!. I learned this recipe working as a cook for an italian restaurant!.

I like to make a stuffing like dish but replace cubed or processed mushrooms for the bread!. I don't have an exact recipe!.
In a food processor mince celery, onions, water chestnuts, and whatever else I have on hand, maybe tofu!. Add mixture to a small amount boiling veggie broth, then add shelled sunflower seeds & currents!. Mushrooms can be included in the processor mix or cubed and added last!. Mix and cook until onions are translucent and mushrooms are tender!.
I also like to soak portabello slices in oilve oil and throw on the grill with whole smashed garlic cloves in a grilling pan!. Www@FoodAQ@Com
