How many grams of protien should a person have a day?!
Im reading about raw vegan food and was wondering how many nuts and seeds would they need to eat to get the protien!. I know protien is in some veggies also!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

It's funny how people (usually meat-eaters) who know nothing about dietary nutrition keep harping on about how vegetarians and vegans won't get enough protein!.

The recommended intake for protein is quite low, 50 grams on a 2000 calorie diet!. It's far more common to get too much protein, than too little!.
Vegetarians should be aware of other nutrients they need and account for them, such as iron, calcium, B12, D, Omega 3s, etc!.
