Answers:
Welsh Rabbit came about because back in the 18th Century the Welsh were too poor to afford meat!. In England the poor man's meat was Rabbit!. Cheese was called the poor man's meat in Wales!. In more recent times, some have stressed the use of the term "Welsh Rarebit" to stress that it is not in fact rabbit meat!.

Head cheese is not cheese at all!. It's made up of several parts of an animals head!.

Wheat meat, also called seitan, and wheat gluten is made from the wheat protein that's responsible for making bread elastic and doughy!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

Welsh rabbit by itself does not contain meat!.
