Where are the "hidden" slaughter by products?!

Question: Where are the "hidden" slaughter by products!?
At the grocery store, what do I need to look for in the ingredients for all the "hidden" meat by products!? I know gelatin, which I found in my granola bars, but had no idea!. I'm new to the whole vegetarian thing!. I've decided to eat dairy and products made with eggs!. Www@FoodAQ@Com
