Nuts, spinach and depends on whether or not you wish to eat eggs!. After all they're not actually meat, but maybe you're leaning more towards vegan and won't eat it because it's an animal product!. But anyway, eat nuts and spinach!. Spinach has lots of protein, so eat plenty of that!. For what nuts to eat: http://www!.highproteinfoods!.net/nuts-see!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

my friend is a vegetarian, and she just takes special vitamins that contain a lot of protein, calcium, and iron!.
because you're also allergic to dairy, you'll also need the calcium, not just protein!.
before you do anything, consult a dietitian, or your gp (who will most likely get you to go to a dietitian)
god bless,
i hope this helps!Www@FoodAQ@Com
