Ready Meal - Amy's Black Bean Enchilada Whole Meal, Amy's Veggie Loaf Whole Meal

Fast to make - Very quick pilaf!. Two packages of flavored cous-cous (like wild mushroom flavored); one package of pre-cooked lentils (Trader Joe's or Melissa's brand), a few carrots!.

Dice the carrots and boil them in the water you're heating for the cous-cous (you might want to start with a little extra water since some will boil off while the carrots are cooking!. When they are crisp-tender, add the cous-cous and prepare according to package directions!. Meanwhile, microwave the lentils according to package directions!. Mix it all together in a large bowl, adding fresh-ground pepper and garlic salt to taste if necessary!.

I'd say this takes ten to fifteen minutes, tops, to prepare!. The time-consuming part is chopping the carrots (the finer you dice them the less time they need to cook)!. The rest is just watching pots boil and pouches microwave!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
