Question: Anyone know what is a really good way to enjoy a tomato!?
Ok, I grew a tomato plant (indoor} and all I got was one tomato!. I want to split it with my girlfriend!. All I can think of is maybe a bagel with cream-cheese!. It took 3 months to grow so any suggestions would be great!.!. thank-you!.!.

i would make grilled cheese sandwiches with slices of tomato - but make sure you use quality bread & cheese, & cook them over low to medium heat so the outside doesn't get burned but the cheese is melted!.!.!.or maybe a homemade pizza with fresh mozzarella, tomato, & basil!.!.!.whatever you make, put lots of effort & care into it so you'll really enjoy it! i love homegrown tomatoes :-)Www@FoodAQ@Com

The best way to enjoy a ripe juicy tomato is sliced with a bit of salt and pepper!.
Or dispense with the salt and pepper and just bit into it!. It might be messy but it coud also be fun especially having your girlfreind sharing with you!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

my grandmama used to do this:

take the tomoto, cut of the top, scoop everything out, and put in cottage cheese!. Its actually really good! Dont knock it til you try it!
