Going back to eating meat?!

Question: Going back to eating meat!?
I have tried being a vegetarian for the past 2-3 months, and I have decided it's not for me, lately I have been craving turkey and chicken really badly, and the vegetarian subsitutes aren't cutting it for me!. I'm not planning on eating a lot of meat, but I want to eat it at most a couple times a week!. At the present time I have begun eating fish again, maybe once or twice a week!. I am scared to try chicken again, b/c I have heard that you will get sick going from vegetarianism back to eating meat!. Is there any truth to this!? Www@FoodAQ@Com

Once, after not eating cows for five years I ate a peperoni roll!. It was a small piece of peperoni with a crust around it!. It made me feel very sick, and the taste was not as good as I remembered!
I do think you could get a little sick!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

i'm the same as you when my friend came to visit last month i started eating meat again!. Really you don't feel sick you just feel a lot slower and i feel like i gained 10 pounds in a month and you notice things get a little more "jiggly" ha ha!. I'm back to being a vegetarian today!

also my stomach is always like bloated it sticks out since i have been eating meat i think my body isn't used to digesting the meat!. it makes me sick talking about it ha ha!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I had an accidental meat consumption, and I mean a small one, 11 years ago!. A woman insisted her gravy was vegetarian!. Like pancake mix, oil and milk!. I ate a few bites and started to feel really queasy and light headed and my stomach just cramped like crazy!. I told her I was sick and she said, "Gee I hope it isn't the beef broth I put in it!." Uhm!.!.!. DUH! I started throwing up 10 minutes later!. It was awful!. Granted, at that point, I had already been vegetarian 6 years, it was a terrible experience!.
If I were you, you have come this far!. You can do it!. You'll adapt!.
Get some Morning Star Farms Chik Patties and Grillers and you'll be good as new!. No need to eat meat!. :)Www@FoodAQ@Com
