Wanting to become a top athlete, can you guys help?!
i am going under heavy training and hoping maybe some day i'll be in the olympics, i train everyday but the only thing that's stopping me is that i might not be eating the right things for it, what should i include in my diet (as a vegan) that is necessary or that i might need during intense training!? i'm training for javelin, if that helps

im also an athlete and have found great success in the drink mona-vie
it is recommended 2 ounces a day, 1 in the morning and 1 at night
