Help - Chicago Diner Vegan Mac & Cheese Recipe?!

Question: Help - Chicago Diner Vegan Mac & Cheese Recipe!?
My family visited the wonderful Chicago Diner this past summer and enjoyed their fabulous vegan mac & cheese (plus other great stuff!!)!. Now that we are back home and hundreds and hundreds of miles away from its creamy goodness, we'd like to try to duplicate it!. If you have the recipe, please pass it on!. We promise we won't use it for anything except stuffing our vegan tummies at home - no business venture :)Www@FoodAQ@Com

I think that you can actually e-mail them at the restaurant, and they may give you the recipe!. They do have some of their recipes posted on their website, but that isn't one of them!. Their website is www!.veggiediner!.com !. Good luck!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Its so easy a 7 year old can make it!. Boil enough macaroni to fill a 4 inch deep 20 by 10 inch pan 2 and a half inches deep!. Melt a full brick of velveta cheese and add 1 pound of extra sharp or medium cheddar cheese,8 oz!. of sour cream!. 1 cup of milk!. Make sure you don't over or undercook the macaroni, put it first in the pan and add on top all the melted ingredients!. Make sure you melt everything slow or it will burn!. Mix everything in the pan,you can save some slices of cheddar to put on top and you might want to use a bigger pan so it doesn't overflow or put a big sheet under the pan !. 350 degrees for 1 hour-time is dependent on your oven-it can be up to 1and a half hours,enjoyWww@FoodAQ@Com
