Answers:
In general vegetarians eat more fresh and/or natural foods which can aid in weightloss!. However since you say that you eat a lot of junk food and still are losing weight it could be for a few reasons!.!.!.
If you ate a lot of junk food before you became a vegetarian and now, still eat quite a lot but have recuded your intake slightly that could lead to weightloss!.
If you were overweight before you became a vegetarian this diet change may cause weightloss for a while but when your body gets used to this new way of eating, if you still eat junk food you'll likely put the weight back on!.
You may be consuming less calories!.

also if you keep losing weight without an explanation you should go to your doctor as too much weightloss isn't good for you!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

i dont wanna be a fat veg!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
