All you have to do is eat your veggies! Seriously, if you want to drop a couple pounds really fast, just cut out your carbs!. No potatoes, rice, bread, nuts!. Stick to fruit to keep your blood sugar in check, tofu, healthy filling vegetables, and no food with refined crap in it!.
Good luck on your diet, and remember it's bad to stay on any kind of crash diet for too long!. Just be careful, and if you start to feel dizzy or tired or sick, give yourself a break from it!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Crash diets are bad for you how much you might lose weight quickly but you deprive your minerals, and vitamins and put the weight on quickly, have a healthy 1,500 calorie diet like plenty of veggies and fruit and lean meat with the skin and fat removed and eat no sugary, carbohydrated foods, plenty of walks i recommend about 10 miles a day!. for skipping if you dont fancy a walk and watch your salt in take!. if you feel peckish cut some celery and carrots and have them has snacks low fat milk, you can buy veggie burgers with 2 small potatoes and plenty of cabbage for dinner!. and use olive oil no frying grill everything and bake in the oven and leave off the junk food it is crap and bad for you!. PLEASE DONT DO CRASH DIETS!.

crash diets will make u lose vitamin n minerals in ur body, ur hair will become brittle and skin will become pale and you wil feel devoid of energy, so it overrides the entire purpose of dieting!.

Follow a healthy regime!. My husband who still tends to snack, he was addicting to snacking, Addicted!

He changed and started with only egg whites and a glass of juice in the morning as breakfast and some brown bread (toasted)

In the afternoon, he had normal food (meat n veggies) included!.

Evening he wud have a cup of tea with some low fat crackers n snacks!.

Then we wud go for running for 40 mins!.

Back, he wud have lentil soup or clear chicken soup with some boiled vegetables or roasted chcken with some low fat dip!. This kept his stomach light and made sure he got all his vitamins!.

Whenever he has an urge to snack, he chew chewingum or binges on low fat chips etc and diet coke!.

Hope this helps!. :)Www@FoodAQ@Com

I don't think a crash diet is a good idea but ensure you eat more fruits and vegetables!. Like 5 to 7 fruits in a day!. It's worth it and every bit of fruit you eat is 100% goodness for your body!.

The latest discussion on diet is keep it simple!. No detox!. No Fads!. Just lots of fruit and veg!.

Consider giving up wheat for a week to see what happens perhaps!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Hello Kara,
I would not crash diet , but that is your choice!. By your height and weight you do not sound over weight to me!.

Unless you have extremely poor eating habits, just some extra excercise and drinking more water should do the trick!.

I wish you luck! Just don't forget that true beauty comes from the inside out!

Honey, there's no such thing as a good crash diet!. Crash dieting is the worst thing to do because not only will it most likely fail miserably, you'll probably actually gain more weight!. You are a normal healthy weight and shouldn't obsess about losing ten pounds!. But if it's important to you, just exercise and try eating several small meals throughout the day!. If you're vegan, I highly doubt you eat high caloric meals anyway, so your snacking throughout the day can actually be a good thing to keep your metabolism up, as long as you combine it with frequent activity and avoid large amounts of calorie intake at once!. Trust me, you shouldn't put too much faith in terms like "ideal weight" because it doesn't exist: It's a little different for everyone!. We live in a society that puts too much emphasis on weight and not enough on being healthy (and happy for that matter)!. As long as you concentrate on being healthy, everything else will fall into place as far as your weight is concerned!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

well im sorry to say but being a vegan is definatly your problem!. sorry if its like a religious thing but your gonna get fat super fast on that vegan diet!. Unless you don't know the definition of vegan its when you don't even eat milk, cheese, yogurt, eggs or any animals by-products!. It's gonna kill you and the only crash diet i can recommend is to eat oatmeal every morning for breakfast and skip lunch and just eat supper!. this won't help your metabloism any but if you have any oranges in your house i suggest you eat like 10 a day!. load up on all-bran bites too!. for supper come on!.!.!. EAT SOME FISH OR EGGS OR SOMETHING your gonna DIE!!! on that stupid vegan diet okay!? try a no-red-meat diet!.!. which means no cows or pigs or anything but you can still eat chicken and fish!!! please don't continue with the vegan diet!

I hope this helps :DWww@FoodAQ@Com
