V8 juice and a vegan diet?!

Question: V8 juice and a vegan diet!?
so i'm vegan, and i eat veggies as much as possible, but i fear i'm not getting enough!. I might be, i do eat like half a bushal <sp!?> of asparagus with my dinner, or i throw in a big thing of brocoli!. Anyway, i'm wondering how much V8 juice is should be drinking if that is about all the veggies i'm getting in a day!. One head of brocoli or half a bushal of asparagus, i eat other veggies, that is just how many "servings i have"!.

Extra info:
I drink 1 can of V8 a day right now, but i'm thinking about stepping it up to 2 cans, i just want opinions on if 2 cans would be too much, maybe i need 3 a day!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
I like V8 and I'm not a vegan!. If you go from 1 can a day to 2, it isn't likely to do you any harm!.
But no matter how much asparagus and broccoli you eat, you need other foods to get a complete diet!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Try buying a vegetable juicer and make your own!. V8 is highly processed and it is high in sodium!. It probably doesn't have much nutritional value!. You should also consider getting a few books from the library on vegan nutrition!. Juicing books are another good resource!. It doesn't sound like you are eating very healthy!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

If you're serious about losing weight you MUST try Acai Berry! I first heard about on Oprah, and I ordered a 14-day FREE trial from this site!. I've already lost some weight and I've got tons more energy!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

you can buy a juice machine and make your own :]

btw: you can have as many veggies as you want!. there's no such thing as too much veggies :]Www@FoodAQ@Com

Make your own! Don't buy processed foods!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
