Answers:
I have never seen a soy milk that has any sort of wheat in it or gluten!.

But since it would appear that such is a problem in your area - check the labels carefully!.

I buy "Silk", "Pearl", "Vitasoy", and "Kikkoman" (check the spelling on that last one - ran out of it and can't confirm how it is spelled)!. None of what you have a concern about is in any of them at all - at least where I live and purchase them!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I am with the other 2 respondants, I have used all of those listed and soya milk, it is gluten and wheat free, I like the fortified ones as they add a bit more Omega acids and Vitamins like D, C and E, linotetic and amino acids!.

I have used them all and for a gluten free person barley is actually not a gluten product nor is rice, but you may have your preferences!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Regular soy milk doesn't have any gluten in it!. Stay away from the non-dairy creamers since they do tend to have gluten and other stuff in them besides soy!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

almost all soy milk is like that!. everyone that ive ever purchased!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

I really like silk soymilk!. I think that meets all your requirements!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
