How long and at what temp do i bake tofu?!

Step 1
Remove tofu from its container and drain!. Stand the tofu upright on a plate or in its original container to allow excess water to drain!. Empty the container as many times as necessary over an hour and half period!. I usually do this at least 3 times!.
Step 2
Mix marinade ingredients right in the baking dish!. Blend with the flat side of a fork!.
Step 3
Slice the drained tofu into ?” slices, then place in prepared marinade, coating both sides before covering the dish in plastic wrap!. Marinade at room temp for 3-5 hours, turning once!.
Step 4
Preheat your oven to 300 degrees F!.
Step 5
Lightly spray your cookie sheet with non-stick cooking spray!.
Step 6
Place tofu slices on sheet, keeping ?” – 1” spacing!.
Step 7
Bake for 30 – 35 minutes each side!. The tofu should look brown and dry but should not appear shrivelled
Step 8
Dice or slice baked tofu and add to stir fry, salads, rice dishes, or wherever you might add chicken!. Enjoy!Www@FoodAQ@Com

For 1 block firm tofu (non silken) marinate first and bake at 350 for 10 minutes!.

make sure you get extra firm tofu!
and if possible, before marinating it, put it under some sort of weight (an evenly distributed one like 3 plates stacked on top of one another) in order to press out extra liquids before baking!. Www@FoodAQ@Com
