Vegetarian trying to eat vegan...help?!
i've been vegetarian for many years now!. i'm now trying to go vegan!. what is a healthy/easy way for me to do so!? it seems like there's virtually nothing vegans can eat!. (which i know isn't true)!. i just need a little help/tips from someone on starting a vegan diet!. thanks alot!Www@FoodAQ@Com

I did the same!. My answer was to think soy, soy, soy!. Can be used for just about everything: milk, soy spread, soy cheese, soy yogurt, etc!. Check your local supermarket in the vegetarian section!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
