Answers:
I'm a vegan, and i make my own cappuccino coffee!.
Don't waste money on those daily trips to Starbucks when you can make a fancy cup of joe at home!.

Ingredients

1 C!. powdered coffee creamer
1 C!. instant chocolate drink mix
2/3 C!. instant espresso or regular instant coffee
1/2 C!. sugar
1/2 tsp!. cinnamon
1/4 tsp!. nutmeg

Directions

Combine ingredients well!. Store in an airtight container!. To serve, stir 2 Tbs!. of mix into 6 oz!. hot water!.

Sounds successful thus far! If I could make a suggestion about the cappuccino!. If you are not adverse to using soymilk, that usually isn't pretty bad with the espresso!. You don't generally get as much foam, but it would taste better!. also, multigrain milk or almond milk is VERY VERY good with a cappuccino !.!.!.especially the almond, which lends a very biscotti type taste to the drink!. Don't get me wrong, I love my whole milk and foam on the top, but when I am in a bind and the kids just used the last of it for their cereal, I find that substitutions work just fine!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

What is wrong with milk powder!? It may not be vegan but is there a moral reason (or any reason) behind not drinking milk!? As far as I know the cows don't mind us taking it (not to mention the fact that without milking most of them would not be alive as they are bred only for milk)!.

I'm not a vegetarian but I can understand the argument, not drinking milk, however, I do not get!.

You're not doing much to dispel the stereotype of vegans as being weird hippy obsessives!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Cappuccino being coffee with a frothed milk top!? No!. I don't think there is - you need milkWww@FoodAQ@Com

omg!.!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
