EGGS!. Egg whites are a very clean protein without cholesterol!. Add sliced hard boiled eggs on you salad!. And scrambled eggs with salsa in a tortilla wrap for breakfast or a snack is a very easy meal!.

Combine whole grain (brown) rice and beans, like Louisiana red beans and rice (YUM)!. Or corn with beans, so add a whole grain like corn to chili, for example!.

Read labels there is protein in sliced bread!.

also soy crumbles (TVP) or soy burgers!. You can find both frozen or tvp dried!. They call them meat analogs, substitutes for meat!. Seitan is another one, not something I use, but it's out there!.

Add yummy green soy beans to stir fry veggies!. Soy doen't need to be combined with another food to give you a complete protein!. If you like dairy then look for a low fat cheese!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
