I'm not a vegetarian and I have homemade muesli with oats, dried fruit such as raisins, cranberries, strawberries and chopped dried pineapple, and of course nuts!. I always have fruit that is in season!. Right now I'm either having plums, pears or melon (Piel de Sapo) sometimes two out of the three!. I also have a green tea with that!. I feel that is a healthy breakfast which gives me energy for the whole morning!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Try this healthy breakfast

6 tea spoon oatmeal
250 ml low fat milk
10-15 resins
2-3 strawberries!.
add first 3 ingredients and cook on low flame for 10-15 min
add pieces of strawberries!.
