Lot's of good answer above, but you need to be careful!. Plants generally don't contain 4 of the essential amino acids that your body needs for healthy protein production!. These can be found in soy products, but soy product have their own problems - namely the tendency to secrete an enzyme that inhibits protein digestion and a greater risk of breast and ovarian cancers due to the phytoestrogen content in soy!.(Let's not even talk about the genetic engineering of soy)
