Do only hard cheeses contain animal rennet?!


Question: Do only hard cheeses contain animal rennet!?
And what cheeses dont contain rennet!? I love cheese but im giving up the ones that use rennet!. I hear that soft ones don't!? Thanks, any help would be great!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

it really depends on the brand - different dairies make cheeses different (somehow)!. check out this question someone asked yesterday!. the best answer has a lot of good info, as does mine and my links :)

I heard lots of mozzarella cheeses have it!. I don't know!. I tried to find info and couldn't find much!. However, apparently Trader Joe's sells cheese made with vegetable rennet so that's another option!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
