They're good for you

*May help reduce blood cholesterol levels!.
*High in fibre!.
*A vegan source of vitamin D!.
*Low in saturated fat!.
Disadantages:
*Never pick your own mushrooms as there's a risk you'll pick a toxic variety!. Shop bought is better! Always keep your mushrooms in the refrigerator!. Loose mushrooms keep well in paper bags in the refrigerator!. Avoid airtight plastic bags because they will retain moisture and speed spoilage!. i would say that if they were dirty or poisonous, but there is absolutely no risk in eating them!. they're very nutritious and contain lots of phytonutrients not obtained from other foods!. Www@FoodAQ@Com
