i hate making pastry-style pie crust from scratch, so i used to buy the honey maid graham cracker crumbs (the only animal ingredient is honey, obviously) but i can't find it lately!.!.!. they may not make it anymore!. in that case, just crush up a bunch of graham crackers and keep them in an airtight container!. then you mix as follows:
1 1/2 c Graham-cracker crumbs
6 T Butter or margarine, melted
1 1/3 c Sugar (optional)
bake the crust alone for 8 minutes at 375!.
it's super easy and compliments most pies - especially pumpkin or no bake cheesecake! and honestly, it's a lot cheaper than store bought crusts and it will only take you a few minutes to prepare!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

Whole Foods has vegetarian pie crusts, and I have even seen vegan pie crusts, but I didn't see a graham cracker vegan crust so I didn't buy any that day and just made my own!.
However, read ingredients lists, you'll find that Whole Foods has a lot that you can look forward to!.
Or make your own, there's some really quick from-scratch recipes, and maybe you can find a way to mold them into a pie tin and then freeze them for when you're pinched for time!.
