I want a very very easy vegetarian recipe!. I don't know how to cook; only eggs and pasta!.!.!. and now I've become a vegetarian and my mum says to me that now I need to cook for myself!. tomorrow she is making meat so what could I make for myslef!?

Vegetarian Chili RECIPE
Ingredients
1 medium onion, chopped
4 cloves garlic, pressed or minced
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 medium carrots, finely chopped
2 medium tomatoes, chopped
2 15 oz!. cans black beans, drained
1 pinch cayenne pepper, chili powder, or chili seasoning mix
1 tablespoon parsley, freshly chopped
1!. Saute the onions and garlic in oil in a large sauce pan!.
2!. Add carrots, tomatoes, herbs, spices, and beans!.
3!. Cover (to retain moisture) and cook on medium heat for 15-20 minutes, or until the carrots are tender!.
Serves 6!.

i have a very interesting diet lol, it consists of healthy, but weird conbinations!. haha
i call it pastavacato
-boil some pasta, only 1 cup of it!.
then make guacamolie
that has garlic 1 clove, cilantro, as much as you want, salt and tumric only a pinch of both,
then before you do anything else save the avacoto shells, then just mix the pasta and guacamolie together, and put it in the shell!.
so it ontains veggies, spices that are VERY healthy for you, and grain(weat) and make sure to use himilayan salt thats the purest salt of the world!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
