Don't go vegetarian!. You may think that meat is all fat, and the only thing good about it is its medium high source of protein!. You may think, "Oh, I can just eat eggs and vegetables for the protein!."
WRONG!!!
Red meat's contain many nutrients other foods don't have!. Iron is one example!. Most foods have little or nothing of iron nutrients!.
Chicken's contain many antioxidants, which stabalizes your bodies cell division!.
Lamb also has many nutrients, including a high source of Omega-6, which is good for the eyes, bones, and brain tissue!.
So take my advice and don't go vegetarian, and I'm not saying you should eat more meat, but eat meat on a infrequent daily basis, such as every 4 to 5 days!. Www@FoodAQ@Com
