My daughter (who is vegetarian) like Mozarella and Tomato sandwiches with Olive Oil and Balsamic Vinegar!. Sometimes, I make her a sandwich with just American Cheese, Lettuce and Tomato - I use a good french baguette bread which helps!. It's not really a sandwich but I also make her a greek salad in pita pockets and she likes that a lot!. I bought a book on Amazon all about Vegetarian Sandwiches!. The two I made were pretty good but I don't have the time involved for most of them!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
for lacto-vegetarians you can make a sandwich with mozzarella cheese, french bread, and pesto sauce!. To prepare turn on the broiler feature of your oven or if you have a broiler!. Start out by putting the sandwich in the oven without the lid so the cheese can get melted!. Once the cheese is melted, put the lid on so the top can get crunchy!. When the top is toasted flip it over for the bottom to get toasted!. DEEEEELICIOUS!!!Www@FoodAQ@Com
Snack: feta, tomatoes inside a warmed pita pocket, maybe with some olives
Hummus, cucumbers, lettuce, cheese (you choose), tomatoes, olives, carrot gratings, basil, cream cheese, sprouts, avocados, pesto, basically any salad stuff, just stick it between two pieces of bread
We're indian, and we alway have leftover shaak (curried veggies), so we take the left over and place that between two pieces of toast!. That's really yummy with a glass of milk!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I like egg salad sandwiches a lot!. There are also "fake" lunch meats you can buy, which are pretty good!. I also like peanut butter and jelly!. also try tomato and cheese on toast with mayo!. Yum!. When I get a sub from a sub shop I usually get sprouts, lettuce, tomato, mayo, onions, and pickles!. You could also try adding peppers, cucumbers, or avocado!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

You can put anything in sandwiches!. Some of my favourites are:
- tofu
- hummous
- tomatoes (but not if you're eating it later)
- any leafy green vegetable
- sprouting seeds of any variety (although probably not avocado seeds)
