there something like 10 varieties of different butters i!.e!. usual peanut and hazelnut + brazil nut, cashew and others the names of which i dont remember!.

My favorite nut butter is cashew!. And agave is a terrific sweetener!. It's as sweet as sugar, and blends much better than honey!.

Nut butters are fantastic! For those who are allergic to peanuts, they may or may not also be allergic to tree nuts!. If they are not allergic to tree nuts then nut butters are a great substitute for peanut butter!. Cashew butter is great for you, as is hazel nut!.

You should use natural peanut butter (just peanuts and salt), almond butter, or cashew butter!. But you are only suppose to eat like 4 tsp per day because of the high fat content for the amount of protein it provides!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
