What are the Health benefits form not eating meat?!
Please give honest answers!. And why do people chose not to!? I want to learn more about this, because as i get older i am finding that i don't really care for certain meets!. aka (pork and steak) Www@FoodAQ@Com

Well, we are all individuals we have the right to choose what we eat!. For every boffin who tells you it's healthy there's another who tells you it's not!. For every vegetarian who says they are very healthy you will find a meat eater who says the same!. At the end of the day we may all live to be a ripe old age and I hope we all do!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
The health benefits for not eating meat is that you eat less LDL cholesterol and less saturated fats!. Eating less of those is that you are at lower risk of heart diseases and certain cancers!. It also helps you keep your weight down!. To make your life easier, just avoid mammal meat such as beef, pork and deer!. You can go ahead and eat chicken and seafood!. The white meat diet will give you plenty of protein, without all that fat and cholesterol!. Or you can choose to be a vegetarian and not eat meat at all (but then you need to be careful of what you choose)!.

Well, for one you cut out the animal fat, which is only good in moderation!. Two every time time someone turns vegetarian, they can save over 100 animals from the slaughterhouse!. But health problems may occur, like lack in protein (because your missing out on meat) can cause stunted growth and muscle undevelopment

Protein I guess!.!.!. But I heard that meat loses it's protein when its cooked! I am a vegetarian because I am sick of meat and feel no need to eat meat but there are other people with their own reasons! Like some people are animal activist! And they care that animals should live so they cut out meat and Vegans think animals should not be used for food PERIOD! so they cut dairy and anything that has animal products in it or is used on animals! As a vegetarian we can take supplements for our protein and get it from beans and legumes I believe!.!.!.

every meat eater i talked to tries to convince me they are healthy and happy but every single time after a period of time in the discussion they show me and converse about how miserable they are!.!.!.!. complaints of health!.!. hypertension, constipation, intolerance to temperature, fatique!.!.!. so on!.
i'm happy, healthy and i am so not eating meat or do i miss it!.!. thrive for it or desire it!. though a few have waved meat in my face and i laugh thinking!.!. 'what's inside them that makes them think i lust for this flavorless garbage!?'!. i feel light, i have a high tolerance to temperatures!.!. from ice cold to searing hot!.!.!. i don't suffer headaches!.!. i'm not constipated!.!. i'm not overweight!.!.!. i don't have respiratory issues!.!.!.
dairy by the way is a big killer in 'congestive heart failure'!.!. dairy causes a reaction in the digestive tract which later on in the process in the body causes issues and mucous buildup in the respiratory system!.

There arn't really any because it is rich in iron and b12 which although you can get from other food you have to each much larger quantities!.
People usually choose not to because they dont like the taste, how the animals are treated, religious reasons or because it was the way the were brought up!.

too much protein is bad for you and can lead to weight gain!. theres no such thing as a protein defeciency!. considering what kind of food a vegetarian eats, whether you eat only spaghetti and french fries, your health will suffer, but if you eat lots of fresh veggies and nuts and such you will have lower cholestorol and high iron and magnesium and zinc!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Well most of the animals we eat are pumped with steroids and some are sick, so giving up the meat from sick or drugged animals has some benefits!.People believe this is the cause of some cancers and other illness!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
