You could try ground flax seeds, but they're really better for you if you swallow them whole!. The "good stuff" in them gets destroyed within seconds when exposed to the air, but they are slow-released while they sit in your digestive system!. Ground or whole, the fibre content is probably still the same!.
Phyllium is also good for regularity!. I'm not sure what it is exactly, but I have a bread recipe that calls for it, so it's probably a grain of some sort!.

I think bananas (fruits), broccoli (vegetable), oatmeal or wholemeal bread, raisin!. I think it is best not to eat that much of fried food and it is essential to drink loads of water!. Www@FoodAQ@Com
