Answers:
You can do almost anything with it! Did you buy firm or extra firm tofu!? If so, I love it fried in a small amount of oil until it's golden!. If you bought silken or soft tofu, it's better crumbled on top of salads!.

Before you fry firm tofu, press it with paper towels to drain the water it's been packed in!. Then marinate it!. You don't need to marinate it for anywhere near as long as you do with meat!. Just about 15-30 minutes is fine!. Here are some of my favorite marinades!.

A!. 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce, 2 tablespoons balsamic or sherry vinegar, a little tabasco sauce for spice

B!. 2 tablespoons lime juice, 2 tablespoons tequila or vodka

C!. 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar, tabasco sauce for spice

For the most part, you can marinate tofu in any marinades you'd use for meats, but the ones above are good ones that I like!. Often tofu is cooked in Asian styles, but the first two marinades above are for other flavors, which can be fun!.

After marinating, drain and then fry!. Yum!!!Www@FoodAQ@Com

I like to pan fry my tofu and then toss it with ChiliCha dressing, but that's 'cuz I like spicy!. If you don't prefer the spicy, go with soycha!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I personally like marinating my tofu with soy sauce, sesame oil, hoisin sauce, and garlic!. It's so good, it almost tastes like terriyaki!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

I personally like the silken tofu!. I cut them into cubes and top with a little bit of chili oil, soy sauce and chopped green onions!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
