Anyone who has had acne knows that you need more than tea tree lotion and lavender oil to clear the inflamed area!. It is a hormonal problem, diet and hygiene alone will not solve this!.
There is a veggie tablet called 'Futurebiotics AcneAdvance' which are currently on the market!. They seem to be good!. However, it is really worth contacting some manufacturers of acne antibiotics such as tetracycline and minocycline to find out if they produce vegetarian tablets!. also, speak with your doctor!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

You might want to check whether Tetracycline or any of its variations are tested on animals!. They work very well if you have moderate to severe acne!.

Exfoliate gently once in awhile!. (How often depends on your skin type!.) If you have sensitive skin, using a washcloth is enough!. If your skin is normal or oily, try some sugar!. (Mix it with lemon if you've oily skin!. Try nondairy milk if it's normal or dry!.)
