What is the most nutritious fruit?!

Question: What is the most nutritious fruit!?
Answers:
Fruits are often the most nutritious part of the plant and their high water content allows most to be eaten without cooking!. Because they are usually sweet, fruits are often eaten as a dessert, for breakfast, or as a refreshing snack!. According to ancient Ayurvedic science all the 6 types of tastes are essential to our body & mind!. Fruits fall into several major categories!. Some that have a significant pit, such as the plum, are called stone (or drupe) fruit!. Berry fruits are those which are small and tend to cluster, such as grapes or raspberries!. Pome fruit, such as apples and pears, have small seeds; and citrus fruits have a thick rind and juicy, segmented flesh!. Not surprisingly, the foods with the highest nutrient density -- that is, foods that give you the most nutrients per calorie -- are fruits and vegetables!. Blueberries, cantaloupe, kiwi fruit, grapefruit, oranges, strawberries, cherries, red grapes, mangoes and bananas are some of the most nutritious fruits!. And among vegetables broccoli, carrots, mustard greens, spinach, sweet potatoes and tomatoes are some of the most nutrient-dense!. They’re also the best source of fiber!.

Different fruits have different nutrients!. I wouldn't say one type of fruit is the most nutritious - you have to eat many different fruits and vegetables to get the most balanced nutrition!. Loading up on one type won't do you much good - it will just give you a lot of one nutrient and not enough of others!. If you're worried about deficiency in a certain vitamin or mineral, then you can figure out which fruit you need to eat, though!. This chart may help you:
