The bad side to being a VEGAN?!
I love being a vegan =), I've been one for about 5+ years, but as the years go by, i feel that my body has become weaker!. !. !. !. what should i do!.
i don't eat tofu, or the stuff that a vegan should eat !. !. !. because i don't really like it =(
and do vegans take pills, for the substitute of meat!? If yes which ones do u take that don't have any side effects!?

b12 you need to get from a multiviatmin!. i take one everyday!. get a multivitamin which isn't 1-a-day!. get one which your supposed two or three or four, and then take one!. these multiviatmins often have high doses of vit A, and thats not good for you!. multivitamins are still one of those controversial topics, some scientists say good, some say bad!. so do what i said!. (i take a vegan multiviatmin)
protein is something you need!. its not that meat eaters get more, its that you aren't eating right, so your definately getting less!.
i'm vegetarian so i drink milk!. i get alot of protein from legumes too!.
legumes are one of the best sources of protein you can find!.
you need to supplement if your vegan and your not eating right!. being vegan is very healthy, if you eat right, but if you don't !.!.!.!?
you should look at protein shakes!. its not only body builders that need it!. something like optimum whey's gold standard is not a steroid!. it isn't only for muscle!. it doesn't have side effects or anything!. you should look into it since your not getting enough protein from yoru diet!.

iron comes from meat and spinach and leafy green veggies!. i eat the veggies, but not enough so iron comes from the multi!. take a multi that has iron- some multi's are iron free, because alot of guys, especially the gym going ones, overload on iron because they're eating alot alot of meat (they think thats where they're going to get their protein from)!. iron overloading is unhealthy!. you need a regular multivitamin that has iron, because your not in danger of overloading!.

You're feeling weak because you're body is lacking everything that you need from meat (protein, B12, iron, zinc!.!.!.)

Just make sure you have a balanced diet and you're getting all of you nutrients, or you're going to feel unhealthy!.

B12 injections for sure! us meat eaters get B12 from the meat we eat!. Lacking in the B Vitamins result's in a lack of energy for a start!. B12 Injections have helped me a lot!. I would start there!. I'm not a vegan so I'm not sure about what you want, but I can tell you for sure about the vitamin B12 thing!. (I have had stomach surgery and can't eat the amount of meat I need)!. you shouldnt be feeling weak, it means you arent getting the nutrients your body requires!. it sounds as if youre short of iron, so try eating more dark green veggies, more beans, and try to take in a little soy, this isnt hard to do as most fake meats are soy based!. tofu isnt the only way to get your soy!. and try to eat at least a handful of raw nuts or seeds a day, that will also increase your iron count!. good luck!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Try morningster farms fake meat!. It is really good and has protein!. It doesn't taste like tofu even though it is soybean based!. Eat lots of rice, beans, etc!. Try protein shakes!.
