Is this a good going vegan plan?!
I'm lacto-ovo vegetarian!.
First I want to cut out direct eggs!. Like omelettes and stuff!.
Then direct dairy!. Like cheese and stuff!.
And then I want to cut out all products that have dairy or eggs as a main ingrediant (like not one of the ingrediants that's under 2% or less!. )
And then I'll cut out all the little ingrediants (like the 2% or less)!.
I've already cut out leather, gelatin and that kind of stuff!.
Rude answerers: Kiss my ***!. This is a question for veg*ns!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I may have done this the odd way in comparison to others here but I added foods and those crowded out the other foods!.
For instance, in going vegetarian I just started eating more veggies and grains which I felt I needed more of anyway!.
What surprised me the most of becoming vegetarian was how much less dairy and eggs I naturally ate but I just kept adding more vegan foods and before I knew it I was no longer buying milk or eggs!.
So, I think for the most part your plan is splendid!. That you are even thinking about it is a wonderful thing and good planning is much more likely to be successful than just diving in!. No doubt you will continue to learn and add to your knowledge base as you are going along too!.
Every step forward is that much farther on the journey!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I think it is a great start for a vegetarian diet!. Vegan just isn't about no meat, no milk!. People get really serious with it, no bread, no cooked foods at all!. That's right, if it involves a microwave or an oven, chances are, it isn't 100% vegan!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Make the commitment!. Read labels!. Carry on!.
There is no need to make it a big deal and no need to do it serially!. You can definitely do it all at once with conviction -- full steam ahead!. Good luck and welcome aboard!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

That's great!. While you're cutting these things out start looking for and finding replacements: rice-milk, soy milk, almond milk, hemp milk, energy-egg-replacer, vegan cheese, etc!. Www@FoodAQ@Com
If it works for you, it's the perfect plan!.

There's no reason to cut out one thing at a time or follow a strategic plan !. Just stop eating animal products - before long, you won't ever miss them!.
