Answers:
Becoming a vegetarian is EASY! Now I'm going vegan, but I was an ovo-lacto vegetarian for 9 years!. People assume that it's so hard - it's really not!. After a couple months you forget what meat tastes like and it starts to seem gross to you, it's not a big deal!. And you can still eat so much food!. There is an option at every restaurant!. Here are meals for ovo-lacto vegetarians:

Breakfast:
Cheerios (or cereal of your choice) with milk and fruit
Eggs with toast (Smart bacon optional)
Cheese or vegetable omelet with toast or potatoes
Oatmeal with raisins and a banana
Huevos rancheros
Pancakes and a bowl of fruit
Blueberry waffle
Fruit smoothie

Lunch/dinner meals:
Cheese sandwich
Hummus sandwich/pita wrap with veggies
Salad and a bowl of vegetable (or lentil or bean) soup
Soups (tomato, cream of tomato, potato, broccoli cheese, vegetable, minnestrone, Southwestern bean, etc!.)
Pesto pasta
Egg rolls and a vegetable or tofu lunch special with rice
Vegetable, lentil, or chickpea curries with rice
Veggie burger and fries or a salad (even Burger King has one)
Pasta dishes (with marinara, pesto, or with sauteed veggies, olive oil, and parmesan)
Baked potato with green beans, broccoli, and herbs
Stuffed bell peppers (or tomatoes)
Veggie stirfry with rice (tofu optional)
Macaroni and cheese casserole
Cheese and vegetable lasagna
Cheese calzone
Cheese or spinach ravioli with marinara
Cheese pizza (or with vegetable toppings)
Large salads (Greek salad, spinach salad with pear gorgonzola and pecans, salad with spinach sprouts and kidney beans, etc!.)

Snacks:

Fruit
Sliced vegetables with dip
Dried fruits (raisins, cranberries, etc)
Nuts (almonds, cashews, pistachios, etc!.)
Cottage cheese or yogurt with fruit
Cheese and crackers
Hummus and pita
Pretzels, potato chips, crackers, etc!.

Good luck! Www@FoodAQ@Com

I have been vegetarian for most of my adult life, I eat lots of different vegetables, lots of fruits, grains like wheat, kamut, spirolina, rice of different types, pastas!. I need to eat lentils and beans and peas every week as a main filling food!. Dairy is usually cheese and yogurt and eggs on occasion!. Lots of soy based foods like miso, tofu, soy milk and vegetable protein!. Nuts, seeds and pulses and that just about does it!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
