Print out some information on how healthy being a vegetarian is and give it to them to look over!. And explain to them that this is something you're really serious about!. If you show them that you have done your research and are making a mature, informed decision, they'll be more inclined to go along with it!. also, if you now just eat fish, honestly it shouldn't be too hard for you to eliminate fish from your diet (unless your family cooks a lot of fish)!. I think that you've already stopped eating the foods that are hardest for most people to give up (especially chicken), so hopefully your parents will see that you won't be going that much further than what you're doing currently!. Just stop eating fish!. Lucky for you, the only dead fish bryprocudt is isinglass, which is a gelatin made from fish bones!. It's also rarely in food, so you don't really have to worry about it!. Just stop eating fish!. It's simple!. Make sure nothing has isinglass in it, and you'll be golden!.
Good luck, feel free to email me if you have any more questions about being veg!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
