How does rice milk and other substitutes taste?!
Well, I'm thinking of going vegan, and I understand that I have to give up on dairy products, so what are some substitutes that are tasty instead of milk!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

By becoming a Vegan you will NOT be missing out on the foods your body needs to functions!. Every vitamins, protein -- whatever we need to live can be found in plants, nuts, and vegetables, anything vegan!. The earth is amazing!. The earth provides us with everything and absolute nutrients we need to be healthy and survive and function, we just need to know where to look!. And study!. Don't be an uneducated vegan!. If you want to be healthy, research and discover the different edible plants, out there!. Know what nutrients and vitamins you are getting from each item you eat!.!.!. and so on!.

I really like soymilk, ricemilk, and almond milk!. They're all quite tasty if you ask me!. Soymilk I prefer when it is flavored with vanilla - it doesn't really taste sweet like vanilla, it just has a flavor that is more like cow's milk rather than the "earthier" taste of regular soymilk!. But both are good!. Ricemilk and almond milk (or other nut milks) are good options too!. But really, it's all depending on your taste!. So I would try out a few different options and figure out which you like best!.
By the way, I just went vegan and I have been drinking vanilla soymilk in the place of milk!. I find that is the most readily available of the substitutes and it's very nutritious!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

First, deciding to go vegan is a pretty hefty choice to make!. You are missing out on some of the biggest foods your body needs to function, and you shouldn't go vegan to lose weight or to join the diet train because it deprives your body of vital nutrients that can't be replaced with a pill, for example!.
I personally think that rice milk and other substitutes taste great (even better than regular milk)!. My favorite is almond milk, although I haven't tasted even half of the substitutes yet! There are tons of different kinds!Www@FoodAQ@Com

I didnt like rice milk, however I love chocolate soy and vanilla soy!. At first I didnt like it but I held my nose and just kept drinking it!. Now I love it! Your body just needs to adjust to the different taste!. Your bodies saying eww what are you putting in me then later on it says I want more! Soy butters good, creamcheese I dont like too much but I use it if im making a cream topping for my crepes!. I really want to try the nut milks but I havent found any!. Www@FoodAQ@Com
I like both soy milk and rice milk!. Rice dream is really good and you can get it organic and also fortified with calcium!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
