Meat industry is a huge bWww@FoodAQ@Com
There's only one con and that's the smell of dead flesh as you walk by butchers shops or meat/fish counters after you've become veggie!.
There are lots of pros, like feeling so much healthier and having a clear conscience that you are not condoning animals being especially born to be killed and eaten!.Quorn is so much nicer nowadays, the chicken substitute smells and tastes delicious, so does the mince, and it's fat free too and you know there will be no nasty diseases possibly lurking as there could be in meat!.Especially in sausages,it doesn't bear thinking about what goes into them ! Roast mushrooms make a tasty meal with roast potatoes and veg around them!.
You can get veggie multivitamins to take daily to make sure you get all the vitamins you'd have got from eating animals!.
More and more restuarants are giving veggie options now too!.
Good luck, if you decide to give it a go!.
