Things needed to be a vegetarian.?!
Right now I am a "half-vegetarian" I guess you could say!. I eat chicken, turkey, and fish!. But I want to become an actual vegetarian!. Are there any Vitamins, Supplements, or certain foods you need to eat on a regular basis when you are a vegetarian!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

its only for people that dont get enough vitamins, protein in their diet
beans, potatoes, lentils are good for protein,
soya milk, mushrooms, have Vitamin B2 (good for eye sight)
i suggest going straight in and not eating meat first
otherwise if you slowly do it you'll get more cravings for meat!.!.
then once you've got the actual meat covered!.!. move onto things such as gelatin (things they put in other foods)

You need to eat a lot more beans that you normally do!. For one thing, you may need to take vitamin supplements, you know those ones that pretty much have everything in it!? I actually went 1 month without eating any meat, but I stopped cuz' I caved, but don't cave!!
As long as you aren't afraid to try different things like tofu (not that scary!.!.!.), and you eat a varied amount of veggies, you'll do fine!

Most people are ill-informed when they say that vegetarians don't get enough protein!. A simple side dish such as rice and black beans supplies all the protein you need for a day unless you're actively building muscle in bulk!.
Most vegetarians/vegans do, however, have to worry about keeping up a decent amount of vitamin B-12!. Most sources come from animal means so it's best to find a good vegan recommended multivitamin or yeast powder to ensure you're not lacking!. B-12 is extremely necessary for mental health!.
