Can vegetarian soya foods be reheated, once cooked?!

Question: Can vegetarian soya foods be reheated, once cooked!?
Answers:
Absolutely! I often make stir-fries with tofu and have leftovers, and heat them up the next day for lunch or a snack!. As usual, they will taste better if you heat them up on the stove (with a little extra oil or sauce if necessary) but you can put them in the microwave and heat up that way if you prefer!. YES!!! I OFTEN MAKE A LARGE AMOUNT OF STIRFRY WITH TOFU AND I REHEAT IT THE NEXT DAY!. IM THE ONLY ONE IN MY FAMILY THAT IS A VEGETARIAN SO I HAVE TO COOK MY OWN FOOD SOMETIMES SO WHEN I DO I MAKE LARGER PORTIONS AND PUT IT IN THE FRIDGE OR EVEN THE FREEZER!. YOU CAN DEFFINATELY DO THAT, DONT EVEN WORRY ABOUT IT!.
HOPE THAT HELPED!!!! :DWww@FoodAQ@Com

Unless foods go off, all cooked foods can be reheated!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
