Excercise and healthy eating is the key!. You need to build up your metabolism!. Theres a program run by the curves gym that build your metabolism within 6 weeks!. This will mean the food you eat will be used by your body and your body will also start to burn fat!. When you exercise yo need to get your heartrate between 65% and 80%!. You can do this by counting you pulse for 10seconds and timing that by 10 and checking on the net for how high it makes your heartrate!. Mine is between 22-28 heartbeats per 10seconds but it depends on your age and fitness level!. If you sign up to curves you will get all the information but its possible to it by yourself as well!. You need a hard 30minute workout per day and don't forget to strtch it makes your workout 20% more effective!. Hope it helps xox

Just remember to be balanced in your quest to lose weight!. DO NOT GO WITHOUT EATING!!! This will believe it or not make your problem worse!. What happens is that if you go to long without eating your body will go into starvation mode and when you do eat it will store every ounce of fat it receives thus resulting not it weight loss but gain!. I have found that just eating less quantities of food per meal and drinking a glass water before each meal helps a lot!. Drinking water before each meal will make you feel fuller and you will not want to eat as much and will also give you the water you need each day!. Every person is different and has to find what works for them but do make sure you eat everyday and exercises and include lots of fruits and veggies in your diet and try to cut down on snacking too much in between meals!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
other prduct!? like a diet pill!. well, if you do start one, dont start thinking that beacuse you're on it you can eat whatever you want and still loose weight!. cuz if you do, you'll gain evn more weight!. diet pills dont work!. Avoid fatty foods, fried in grease!. also, do a medical checkup, see if you are not overweight due to a health hazzard no matter what you eat - such as problems with tyrrhoid gland, or other hormal issues!. Since you posted your question at this category, you're hoping vegetarian or vegan diet can help you!. Indeed it can help you lose weight because it has helped me!. I lost 15!.4lbs within 2 years of becoming vegetarian and maintaining it ever since!. Of course, you must coupled with regular exercise too!.

I have found this out that if you come off sugar all sugars use like splenda or something like that drink diet pops or soda in about a week and a half you will see a big different in your weight and you also need to eat more vegetable drink lots of waterWww@FoodAQ@Com
