Is it healthy for a vegetarian to go raw now and then?!

Question: Is it healthy for a vegetarian to go raw now and then!?
I am basically a vegetarian!. I am eating eggs less and less, actually haven't for a good while now - only if they are added as ingredients in cookies I eat!. I still drink milk and I love yogurt!. I eat lots of veggies and lots of fruits!. There are days when I just go raw - like today, when I eat various nuts (almonds, pistachio, peanuts, pine nuts, stuff like that) and fruits and veggies, and nothing cooked or no milk products!. I do so because it's just how I feel like eating!.!.!. I wonder, is this healthy!? I don't think I can go raw for good and just eat only raw, but sometimes I just feel like it!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
