Question: Is the brown skin of coconut bad for health!? can't i eat it!?
when i will shread coconut, i will like to keep the brown skin also, and shread it too, i'm thinking it might have some more vitamins!? i'm not sure!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

No problem!. It seems to be an aesthetic choice!. Coconut oil, flesh and milk are all excellent for your health!. I knew a man in Newport RI who was 87 years old when I met him whose skin and hair were like a teens; and he ran 5 miles a day!. His business was making pure coconut oil from organic coconuts for human consumption!. He attributed his health and vitality to his use of the coconut oil!.
