Fish is just great, especially if you like the way it tastes!. Its filled with omega 3 and it fills you up fast!. Its perfect if you are looking to eat healthier!. I love the taste of fish so I have fish about 2 or 3 times a week!. I wouldnt suggest over doing it though because some fish arent meant to be eaten every single day so 2 or 3 times a week is perfect!. Try to stick to fresh fish rather out of a can and make sure you cook it well so you dont get food poisoning or salmonella!. EnjoyWww@FoodAQ@Com

Being a vegetarian to my understanding you are only to kill and eat plant life, correct!.!.!.!.!.
Fish you have to kill and gut it!. Fish is not plant life!.

Seriously, all over the world there are seasonal bans on fishing because the populations are so low!. Then the fishermen get mad that they can't make money if there's a ban, and so on!.

It's better to avoid the whole thing!.

if you do choose to eat it i think you should choose a sustainable fish not like cod which due to overfishing has become rarer than it was, and even some dolphin friendly tuna can catch a smaller amount of larger animals!.!.!.so i would go to this website

Its good for you especially salmon alaskan king is the best!.L Give it a try!. I would bake it in foil for 15 minutes at about 350 with lemon fresh dill salt pepper even a little fresh garlic
