mentosssss idunno lolz!.
theres like veg friendly jello though!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I don't think mentos has gelatin!. I thought they only had beeswax!.

But you can try some jelly beans!. Not all of them have gelatin in them!. Hot Tamales are veg*n!. Orbit gum is also safe!. And most skittles have gelatin, but the chocolate ones do not (but they taste really nasty!.!.!.and not because they lack gelatin)!. But you may have a problem with supporting a company that disguises animal flesh under scientific names (like me), so you'll have to decide whether or not you want to eat those!.

Good Luck

PS Eating a banana is way better than a mentos any day!Www@FoodAQ@Com

dont eat any of them!. the food industry, aside from organic, puts chemicals, sugars, artificial sweeteners, and other dangerous toxins in their food to make you fatter, hungrier, and physically addicted to their food!.

This IS- believe it or not- the main reason you "LOVE" mentos and other gelatin products!.

for example- take splenda, aka sucralose!. did u know that original sugar has 3 raffinose atoms (healthy, found in natural beans and rice)!?

and that sucralose takes those 3 atoms and chemically alters the splenda molecule, and changes it to 3 atoms of CHLORINE!?!!? Yes- the same chlorine that cleans toilets, and kills germs in pools, and was used as CHEMICAL WARFARE IN WW2!.

thats true- go to www!.thetruthaboutsplenda!.com
------------------

So I would say, don't eat any of those harmful products!. EVER!. They will cause a host of dangerous side effects- weight gain, high blood pressure, addiction, bad skin, bad voice, migraines, fainting, weakness, fatigue, etc!.

Lastly- YOU NEED PROTEIN! I love animals too! but the cute little things eat each other, dont they!?!? 'Tis the circle of life! we are naturally omnivores- we need BOTH plants, bread, AND animals to survive!

Soooo- I would eat peanuts, other nuts, soybean, and at LEAST drink milk!!

here THIS WILL MAKE YOU FEEL BETTER: if a cow doesnt haev her milk squeezed, she wil DIE! getting milk from a cow makes it HAPPY and feel good! (its like taking a pee wen u gotta go!)

So drinking milk does NOT hurt animals in any way, shape or form!. it also is high in protein, calcium, fat (which HELPS BRAIN CELLS AND MUSCLE RECOVERY), and is in general very good for you!.

so there is NO REASON why you cant drink milk except for a CULTISH "fad"!

so eat nuts, soybean, and drink milk, frequently!. Or have protein shakes- that arent "carb conscious"- aka artificial sweeteners!.

LOL Oh my gosh, the one thing I miss most are Gummy Bears!! I totally understand how you feel about mentos!. You know, are you SURE they still have gelatin in them!? I remember looking awhile ago at their ingrediants again and I don't think I saw gelatin in it anymore!. I remember I was suprised cause I knew for sure it used to!. Maybe in just certain mentos!? Www@FoodAQ@Com

gum would probably b the thing!. im a vegitarian too!. i heard the skittles have that in them too nd starbursts!. so stay away from them :]

congrats on being a vegggie :]Www@FoodAQ@Com

fruit cake!.!.

cheesecake!.!.

pudding

You could find a Vegitarian cookbook Www@FoodAQ@Com

Instead of Mentos try Dots, Sour Patch Kids, or Swedish Fish!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

im a vegetarian too, but i have been since birth
and its okay to eat mentos and gelatin, its only vegans that dont eat things with any animal products in them!.
but if you still want to avoid them!.!.!. it depends on what nutrition your needing from those two items to no what to replace them with!.
if all else fails get vitamins Www@FoodAQ@Com
