Question: Vegetarian food!. Please read to find out!.!?
Ok well I have eaten meat for my whole life!. Well just recently I made the chose to become a vegetarian!. Being I had seen a video on youtube (Not only I but my cousion, and my boyfriend seen it their now both vegetarian like me!.)

Well anyways I amave trouble looking for what to eat other then meat!. My family doesn't know I am now a vegetarian!. I haven't yet told them!. Anyone who is or knows someone who is please please help me out here!. What can I make that has to deal with no meat is easy to make and is good!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

first, tell your family!.!.!.!. depending on how they are, they may not be acceptive at first, but hopefully they are, and in the long run it will make things easier!. what YOU choose to put in YOUR mouth does not affect them as long as your being healthy!.

now lets see!.!. what to eat!.!.!. have you tried any of the "fake" meats!?!?!? they really will help the transition and i've been a veg almost 15 years and still eat them lots!. i think they taste great and i don't have to feel guilty about eating an animal that suffered and was in pain before finally being killed to get that tastes!. they make a fake version of almost every meat out there now!. so just sub into your regular meals!. try different brands and styles though!. don't eat once adn declare you don't like veggie meats!.

aside from that, just start searching out new recipes and cuisines and trying new things!. i eat tons more foods now then i did when i ate meat cuz i just opened my eyes to new and different stuff!. plus tastes change and things you didnt' like will grow on you!. eat more veggies and fruits!. add beans to things (i make my own salsas now, love throwing new things together to make casseroles)

i get more than enough protein being veg!.!.!. if you still eat dairy that will give you some too!. i am so-so on the dairy!.!.!. cheese, but that's it!. i love soy milk!.

for dishes your meat eating fam will probably like too try a veggie lasagna, veggie and tofu stir fry, eggplant parm, burriotos/tacos/nachoes (just use the "fake" ground meat! tastes sooo good!)!.

How about cheese and veggie lasagna with salad and bread!.
Loaded baked potatoes with broccoli and cheese etc!.
