Eating meat is not necessary for the human diet!.
Be sure and eat range-fed eggs for animal protein!.

Fish and eggs are also the only animal products that are kosher as is!.

This is mainly due to eating meat!.

Good luck, this is a very good move and is one of the hallmark life changes of someone seeking a higher path spiritually!. Spiritually, not eating meat will increase the "vibration rate" of your light body!. Fasting also does this!. In effect, you begin a lifetime of fasting from meat!.

When animals are slaughtered, the feelings of fear and pain from slaughter remain in the body (meat) of the animal!. for your health, it does very little!. Being vegiterian does very little for you in general!. People who are tend to live healthier lives, but that is due to the general attitude of these people!. Not the diet!.

Basically the unhealthy part of being a meat eater is 2 things, saturated fat and cholesterol!. This is why it is so healthy!. It clogs the veins and results in over 50% of deaths in america is due to this!. But see, it is also found in dairy!. It comes from the fat of a cow!. Or any animal for that matter!.

If you want to become healthy and actually litterally reverse what meat eating has done, the only way i have ever found is vegan!. It will take 13 weeks to 1 year depending on how large you are!. But a vegan diet has never failed!. If you are on blood pressure meds, and you go vegan, you will end up passing out because your veins get back to normal then the meds thin the blood and you pass out!.

But back to the question!. If you are going vegetarian, you might improve your health because you are replacing meat with healthier choices, but the dairy is just as bad!.

And as i tell vegetarians, what is worse!.!.!. death penalty or life in jail, because that is what you are doing to the cow!. One they die horrible, the other they live in horrible conditions!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

It really depends on what you eat, and what you replace the meat with!. If you replace the meat with healthier alternatives like beans/legumes/soy products, vegetables, fruits, meat alternatives, etc!. then you should see positive results healthwise!.

The presence or lack of meat won't be the difference in you being healthy or not!. The quality of your diet, and how closely you follow nutritional guidelines will!. You need a certain amount of proteins, carbs, vitamins, minerals, etc!. every day!. That is what you have to concentrate on!.

Go do some investigations into nutrition, whether it's vegan, carnivore, or whatever!. And be sure it's from a reputable source, like the National Institute of Health, rather than something with a title like "MoonGlow's Al-Natural Vegan Diet Plan"!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

this the best thing that ur doing not only for urself but for the palnet earth!. i know for a fact that human digestive system takes up lots of energy to digest meat, so vegetarian diet would leave u with lot of energy, and also scientific studies have proved that vegetarians tend to live longer!. i hope this helps!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
